This is a poem which reflects on being fearful, but then realizing Jesus is here.
My heart races and my body can't seem to stop The thoughts in my head are going faster and faster It feels like my insides are in a hurricane THEN I hear Jesus Oh my beloved child why be so afraid lay in my arms let me kiss your forehead Things will be alright I would not tell you so if it were not true Trust your cares to me if only for awhile Yes, there are things you must do, and to use the gifts given you But for now-just rest Just rest in me
