This is a poem that focuses on not only loving ourselves but also others.
Love in action Love, as beautiful as it is, is not ment to be just for ourselfs It is ment to be given away That is where the true joy comes Yes, we need the love within and to be nurturing to ourselves Bit if that is all we do eventually we end up worshiping ourselves and have no reguard for others or especially God So, today will you try with me to put love into action?

It is true that we need to love your neightbours as ourselves. Many have a sort of amnesia I think. They love themselves and forget about loving others. The "they" is probably not as huge as I indicate here, but prevalent nonetheless.
