You have heard to forgive

You say how can I forgive?

They have hurt me

and seemed to not care

or even notice

How can I forgive when

they broke not only my heart

but seem to even touch my soul!

How can I forgive when they have violated

my humanity and trust!

Very honest and understandable questions

One's you  must ask

But- you can forgive

I know - maybe at this point you

don't want to read any further

because you are so angry and hurt

I understand , I really understand

But - you can't be free

You can't  feel true ly joyful

unless you forgive

Work through your feelings with someone

and then you come to a point where

yes, you will not forget what was done

but you are able to let go of the hurt and anger

and realize the people who hurt you

were probably very sick and miserable

in some way. that does not mean YOU have

to be that way

So- Be Free!

You deserve to have a full and joyful life!!!
