She listens as if you are the most important person in the world
She talks of days gone by and
shows pictures of her children
To her they will always be her children
even though they are well in their adult years
She talks of their accomplishments
and you see the happiness in her eyes
When she talks of her grandchildren
the love and kindness shows
She has been through alot
though you would never know it
She see's that as
"just a part of life"
The wisdom and love she has given
is priceless and will be shared
by many generations of the family
Yes, a grandmother is a wonderful
gift from God and should always be cherished

I had to think about that one a moment..then did find the humor meant. Our children drive us crazy, and we threaten them and fuss at them and endure so much as they grow! So if e survive raising them...we get the gift of grandchildren who do no wrong, everything they say is cute and they are the most brilliant children and they are perfect....etc! I guess you can tell I have grandchildren too!
