Jesus, today I get to meet your people

All kinds of people

From the clerk at the store

To people who need support

To the employees I works with

Each one is an image of you

You are within each one

Mother Teresa believed that

every day she worked with the poor

Please help me today to

remember this holy truth

Please help me remember that

I am a pencil in your hand

for you to write a beautiful

story of love today

A story of your presence

in the world written by my actions

I could not do this alone

I place myself in your hands

so I can use the gifts you

have given me with joy

and gratitude
