My prayer after seeing my mom today.
The birds sang so sweetly My mom and I walked in the beauty of nature The flowers welcomed us and the people waved as we walked by Oh, so blessed! I had another day with my ninety- six year old mother How blessed I am to be with her For how long? I don't know The Doctors day two months or two years For how ever long I will enjoy our time together and thank God that she is able to walk and is clear as a bell Oh Jesus- thank you Thank you, let me never take these moments for granted Amen

A wonderful sharing . You are so lucky to still have your mom . Continue to Enjoy your time with her... My mom died when she was 93, in 2002. I still miss her.....M

At least you still have your mom; my mom died nineteen years ago, on St. Patrick's Day. She would have been sixty in May.

my mother is 79,and still cleans house like she is fourty, but you can see the signs of age But I enjoy every moment spent with her and dad. nice write. Randy

This hits home...as my Mom is my Angel,,,now 82 I see her slipping,,, and it it so very hard. Beautiful poem Cindy.
