Will You Join Me in the Dance?

My morning prayer.

Jesus asks me

Will you join me in the dance?

We will be partneers

in the dance of life

Always connected

we will have fast dances

where things are moving quickly

and  much will need to be done

but then very slow

so we can become closer

and rest in each others arms

This is a dance that will never end

Even when the music for our dance

ends on earth, there is a wonderful

dance in heaven just waiting for you

So I ask you,

Will you join me in the dance?

I see Him waiting with arms open wide but it is our choice to dance or not. I am a Christian and have been dancing with Jesus for over twenty years. I'm not perfect but He is and that is why I let Him take the lead most times. I just keep stepping on His toes. ;)

A little secret for you Cindy. Even when he let's you think you are leading it is really he who leads. It is best that way. He makes no mistakes.
Wonderful write, though. I like the slow dances.
