Breathe of Life

This is my morning prayer.

The breathe of life

As I wake up I reflect on

breathing in and out

Breathing in the love of Jesus

Breathing in his compassion and care

Breathing in the beauty of life

The wonder of what God has made!

Then, breathing out  any fear I have

Breathing out worry and anxiety

Breathing out any bitterness or hate

Breathing out furstration

Oh yes, breathing in and out

This is any easy prayer

as I start my day and remember

during my daily travels

and experiences with the

people I meet

Maybe then I can live with

the love of Jesus

Maybe then I can dance at the

wonderful dance of life!
