Jesus, sometimes I become

so involved with my own wishes

and feelings that I forget

to follow you and

instead  follow  me

Tonight I place all my fears, frustrations

and hopes in your care to do with

as you please

If my wishes and hopes

are not your will

I will accept your will

Knowing that you know

what is best for me and

how I can best live your word and love

My vision is limited and has my ego involved

Even though I try and focus on your will

I know many of the acts I do have some ego

I would be dishonest with you

if I said otherwise

Tonight I surrender all to you

I ask that all the gifts you have

given me bear much fruit

Even with my weaknesses

Good night Jesus

You are my all in all
