The sun is setting

and it's the end 

of another day with God 

But the sun doesn't 

really set at all

You see the sun can

represent hope and the

light of God

The sun may not be seen

But in my imagination

the light goes in my heart

Only to rest until tomorrow

Then it rises for

the world while at the same

time keeping some of it's

light within me

You may wonder how the

moon fits in with my prayer

Well, the light of the sun

goes in my heart

But God wants us to

see  hope for the world

by giving us the moon

So, God always is showing us hope

God , beyond all names

Beyond any words we have for you

I give you thanks for wanting us to see

the hope you give us

Amen
