Life seems to be a conradictiion at times

We are to have courage and live

our faith with strength and joy

Yet for us courage isn't being like Rambo

Being strong isn't muscles and violence

Our strength is our faith and love

Our strength is the peace within

Our courage is speaking out

when we see injustice

But doing it without putting down people

but possibly policies or actions that

are against treating each other with dignity

We are people of compassion for each

person, because we know that we all

have weaknesses and have fallen

These are the qualities we try to have

Oh yes, we don't always do this

But it is what we strive for

We know where are strength comes from
