This is a prayer for

anyone who has hate

for someone and is thinking

of huritng them with words,

physical violence, or even murder

I know this person must have

hurt you in a profound dramatic way

These feelings you have may

seem like they are going

to explode within you

unless you let them out

Your hurt and anger is understandable

and the feelings aren't wrong

BUT, how you react to them

is very important

I pray that you go deeper

than what you are feeling

Go to the holy place in your being

There is Jesus

You can tell him how your feel

Yes, tell him your anger and hurt

You can even yell!

But please don't take your

feelings out on the person who

hurt you in an abusive way

Once you deal with your feelings

you may be able to approach

the person calmly about the situation

This is a prayer for you

You have goodness and holiness

within you

The holiness has more courage

and strength than you can imagine

Abuse brings more hatred, more pain,

and could even bring death

Please, please go to your real strength
