Just as a child
longs for love and comfort
I open my life to you Jesus
I gaze upon the loveliness
of your creation and with
awe of your forgiveness and compassion
I place all my feelings, thoughts, and dreams
in your hands
Do with them what you will
I am only one small person
singing your song of love
I will use the gifts you have given me
and love as much as I can
I will thank you
for those gifts and love
at the end of the day
For, they came from you
when I was born
Each day giving ,
