Do you remember?

Do you remember as a child

laughing and enjoying

the simplest joys of life?

Do you remember being

hugged by one of your parents

and feeling so safe and secure?

Do you remember being in awe

of all of creation and amazed at

the smallest animals and curious

about how they lived?

Did you know all of that joy

is still within us?

Now it can be an even

stronger joy because we know

the challenges in life and

can appreciate how important

it is to live each day being

mindfull of all these joys

and wonders that surround us
