I let the pillow help me gently

softly fall asleep

As I begin my

dream I float from my bed

It is so peaceful as I fly

Even though in reality it is night

in my dream it is a beautiful sunny day

I see the oceans and then as I go further

I see the majestic mountains and the breathless waterfalls

I realize that God is in all creation

I feel part of creation

So, I also feel close to God

Then I begin to see people

Since this is a dream i get to see

the whole world and people of all cultures

People who are desperately poor

and those who live in mansions

I see native american dances

and hear the magnificent orchestras play

I see how we all our apart of humanity

and how we all go about our lives

but are part of a much bigger family

I realize what  Jesus means when he

calls everyone his beloved

Each one belonging to his family and cherished

This love I  feel is stronger and more

 powerful than any words can express

Then I slowly wake up and open my eyes

I realize I need to live this dream

I need to treat each person as God's beloved child
