This is my morning prayer today.

Jesus, I come to you

Opening my soul

to your voice

Opening my soul to your

will and love

What is it you ask of me?

What can I do

today to bring you to others?

My heart is yearning for you

My heart is longing for your

words of direction and love

I ask only to do your will

I know I will fall yet

I desire to be lead on the

path of faith and compassion

To bring you to the world

is my delight and purpose

Please take this heart and soul

and lead me in your way

Amen

Cindy, I have to say that I am blown away by this. I have written a poem entitled, "Eternal Flight," which I will be posting on here soon which is a poem in the form of a prayer. It is truly great to see such wonderful inspirational poetry! Excellent work!
