Go beyond my wants and desires
Go beyond my fears and stress
Go beyond any sadness and guilt
Even go beyond my joy
As I go deeper within
I find a peace given only by Jesus
Go within and I find my heart
beating with love of him
If I go deeper I feel my soul
Yes my soul
There I find my reality
of who I am
There I find the light
that was with Jesus
before I was born
My soul unites with all human kind
My soul knows heaven is my real
home and that I am only here
for a short while
My soul
My soul's light will
help me shine the light of Jesus!
