Waiting, always waiting
Waiting for an answer
Waiting to see a loved one
Waiting to see what is
going to happen with
our job or going to school
It seems much of our time is waiting
But if we are only focused on the future
we can't enjoy and live the present
We can become anxious and only
focus on what we are waiting for
Jesus please help me to be
mindful of the beauty and love around me
To appreciate the people and events of this day
This is the day the Lord has made!
Let us give thanks and praise!
