Just some thoughts I have today. I have noticed that sometimes I forget to be kind to myself. I thought maybe others might have the same challenge.
When times are hard It's the time to treat ourselves with love Be kind to ourself! Clean our house so it is comfortable and a pleasure to come home to Try and eat healthy and get enought sleep Most important know that our bodies are the temple and home for Jesus The home for our soul Yes, we must love others But it starts with loving ourselves

Amen Cindy, I have been having issues with sleep lately, but was able to get a good night sleep last night, and that made alot of difference
