For anyone thinking of giving

up on life tonight please take

a minute to read this little prayer

I know you just want the pain

to go away, your tired of the

hurt and you see yourself in

a dark hole with no way out

But there is a way!

You have to stay and

see the light in the dark hole

It is there !

The light comes from  Jesus!

You need someone to help

you dig out of the hole

There are many therapists

who will understand and listen

You are a gift to the world!

Don't take such a beautiful gift away

I was where you are now

many years ago

I was able to get help and now

 live a very joyful and full life

Don't deprive yourself of that!

Things will get better

but you have to ask for help!

Please help yourself see the

light out of the hole

Believe me  - it is there!
