This is a little night song for a little child.
Rocking gently my little one to sleep Sleeping so innocently in dreams so deep Sleep my child and when morming breaks I will be loving you as you awake Singing so softly Hearing each tear Sleep my little angel For Jesus is near He watches you with care and holds you with love As the angels sing from the sky above So sleep my child and dream sweet dreams You are the joy my heart And the soothing song of streams

Any child would be honored to have a mother sing this prayer song while falling off to sleep, so spiritually soothing...
