You are my shining light

so the world can see my love

You are the joy of what could be

You persevere when the cross

becomes heavy and hard to carry

You give all you can without regret

You carry my heart within yours

and your soul is with me for eternity

Sleep my child and know

I am well pleased with you

Go to sleep knowing you

are loved completely

Not just the part of you

that shines with faith

But all of you

Without weaknesses there

would be no need to learn and grow

So, sleep beloved

You carry the small seed

I speak about in the Bible
