This poem is for anyone who is thinking of huritng themselves because of emotional pain.Either by self-abuse or alohol or drug abuse or any other kind of self harm. Please don't hurt yourself. You and Jesus can embrace, just like the woman in this poem. This is not just a poem. This is a true event that happened to someone I know.

She feels like screaming

at the top of lungs

Will this pain ever end

Will this loneliness ever leave

The pain is so intense she

is even thinkling of hurting herself

She picks up a knife

ready to cut her wrist

She hears

Stop!I love you!

The voice is loud and

makes her turn around

He says it again

She stops and wonders

if she is losing her mind

After all she was about

to hurt herself

In her heart she knows

who the voice is

It was filled with passion

and the deepest love of all

She cries, Jesus it is you

It is you, isn't it

She cries and it is like

he is holding her and they

are crying togehter

Her painful scream

has turned into a loving embrace

of the lover and his beloved

Her life will never be the same

She now knows she is never alone

I used to chatter to myself whilst fishing. sometimes the arguements became so heated, but It never resourted to violence, although now and then I could have given myself a darn good slap; lol
