As I close my eyes
the love of Jesus holds me
The warn carress of his hands
lets me know I am cherished
He gently kisses me
on the cheek and says
sleep soundly knowing
I will watch over you with care
Just as a mother comforts
her child I will comfort you
So rest my child and
dream sweet dreams
until the morning comes
