Thank you Jesus for the gift of sight

so I can see the wonders of creation

Thank you for the gift of hearing

so I can hear your sounds of peace

Thank you for my family

who show me love each day

Thank you for my friends

who stand by my side

Most of all thank you for

the light you have so generously

placed in my heart so I can follow you

Becasue of this light and love

you have given me

I will give my eyes to you

so I can see the people who

are hurting and can try and help

I will give my ears to you

so I can listen with understanding

I give the care I have of my

family to you so I can

show them your compassion

I give the appreciation of my friends to you

so I can show them your kindness

I give all my heart and soul

to your glorious light

so  I can live a life that will

bring your hope and joy

to the world!
