Blessings of the Day

Reflections I have as I think of how today went.

As I go to sleep

I think of the blessings

Yes, even the times

that were hard were blessings

They helped me choose how

I want to live and what I believe

Perhapes simple decisions

such as not feeling like smiling

yet wanting to bring a little

kindness or welcome into

someones life

Jesus I thank you for the blessings

I feel your love surrounding me

I hear your lullaby of peace

Good night Jesus

Dear Cindy, Your poetry glorifies your love for Christ. A simple conversation with our Creator is what more folks need to experience. Christ will dwell in our hearts if we welcome Him in. You found the real gift of Christmas... Jesus Christ. Well, it should be obvious but most folks just beat around the evergreen bush.

May Christ Bless you richly this Christmas and always.
