When the night is lonely
and your heart needs to repair
Jesus is right beside you
Can you feel his presence there?
Can you imagine him smiling
as your soul rests in his light?
He is knowing what's in your
heart and you are holy in his sight
He knows the pain you feel
crying in your bed
He holds you in his arms
and loving words are said
The peace and serenity
are far beyond compare
You can't believe your eyes!
Jesus is really there!
You close you eyes
and say good night
But know in your soul
you are never out of jesus's loving sight
