We hold a

precious sacred seed

in our heart

This small seed of faith

which our soul graciously

passes on to our heart

As we pray the heart passes

on the seed to our thoughts

Then we have a choice to

plant the seed by sharing the

eternal love it brings or

deciding- oh maybe someone

else will do it

I can't plant the seed of faith

But we CAN

with God's help

Each act of love

Each act of forgiveness

plants this tiny holy seed

We never know what or when

it will grow but we can be

assured that when it's God's

time this small seed of love

can grow into a strong tree of

faith, perseverance, and roots

which last an eternity

There can be many trees

of faith all started by one

little seed of love
