We weep knowing
we have been so
caught up in life - we forgot to live!
We ask for forgiveness
as we cry with pain
Jesus lovingly lifts us up
I can fill the
yearning of your heart
and desire of your soul
Come to me
and I will bring
you peace as well as challenge
Yes, there is the cross
but I will help carry it
when it becomes heavy
I will even carry it for you
when the pain
is too hard to bare
This is the time to
come back to me
This is the time for prayer
Lent is a time for reflection
and resting with our soul
and sacred light of our heart
Let's take this journey together
Let's climb the mountains of challenge
and celebrate resurrention of new life at Easter
