The song of love
begins with a single sound
So softly it echos in our heart
We begin to listen and
the note becomes a melody
as we follow the words this day
They call us to forgiveness and
understanding far beyond our imagination
Pretty soon our song joins with another
and then another
Before we know it a wondrous symphony has begun
The world becomes a dance
of compassion, courage, and hope
As the day comes to a close
our heart returns to the single note
We can rest in serenity knowing
tomorrow the symphony will begin once more
