Jesus,what do you see

as you watch your people

and the world God created?

Do you cry when one of

your beloved children die?

Does your heart dance

when love and forgiveness is shown?

Do you smile when we connect

with you within our soul?

Do you laugh when we make

elaborate plans and think we

are in control of everything in our life?

I believe you weep over

wars and abuse of your children

I believe you guide us when

we come to you in prayer

I believe you celebrate when

for just a short moment your

kingdom is experienced on earth

I believe you are with each

one of us in a unique and sacred way

Jesus, thank you for all

the gifts you give us and

may the seed of faith

you have planted in our souls

bare much fruit
