Gift if life

so precious and holy

We wake up each'

morning to a wondrous new story

We open our eyes and

welcome the day

We know Jesus is

is showing us the way

The sun even sings

a glorious song

The flowers and birds

join in -the darkness is gone

Our creator has given us each

breathe and  our heart

Whispering in our ear

This is my gift to you

A new life now to start

We may have fallen yesterday

and made mistakes 

along the way

We may have felt hate or despair

 we'd rather not say

But this day  listening to our soul

Many words of love

 are waiting to be told

May we live in faith and love

and sing our lives with joy

May we praise God with all our hearts

with all the angels above
