My reflection tonight is focusing on the many choices we make each day. They can help our life be one of faith or worry,fear, and stress.
Choices made We notice pain of another How do we respond We have made a mistake How do we react We notice the wonders of creation How do we pray and reflect We have a stressful day How do we take care of ourself and live our faith We just heard we have a medical diagnosis How do we deal with our feelings Choices Each day choices May our choices help make our world a little more compassionate and live our faith with courage

Life is ALL about choices, and you have
shown us many of the more difficult ones.
In the end I trust it's not about how well we did,
but how well we tried, and if we forgave
ourselves and others.
