The scene is set, the sun is setting, I hold you close
Oh how I would sweep you off your feet.
But, alas, all I have to offer is my heart,
To be there by your side as we walk through life.
Oh, my darling, I would take away all that troubles you
And replace it with joy and never let go of your hand.
I hope and can only dream that we will always soar
Above the clouds and share a lifetime of sunsets together.
some times we don't even realise what we have because we are so taken up with the material things in life.this poem is about a man who thinks his lady will not want him because he has nothing.Little does he know he has the best thing he could offer a lady his heart and his love.
