His Eyes

For the special man in my life, my husband, lover and best friend, Brian.

Bringer of charm and delight, his eyes sparkle, shimmer and shine.

Reminiscent of rare jewels, and he’s all mine.

I can look into those eyes when I need him most.

Always there smiling at me, his steel gray eyes with hints of blue,

Never judging, they light up when he sees me come into view.
