Revival Water flickered off the petal of a rose in the city of the sun I rejoiced in the death Of who I once knew the world changed around me I filled my cup to overflow Dancing in all that life could offer in the summer rain Color now brightened the scenery Wildflowers could be tasted in every breath The glow of moonlight illuminated the darkest place in my heart A thousand stars filled the nights Your laughter fell around me A longing sense of unbridled freedom escaped through a smile In all the days that follow I will live to celebrate this love
