One of a series of poems on the subject of film
the lens and the libido nine to five voyeur and paid quite well models shift on the beach tight silk suits wetted down shutter captures icons of desire bodies in fragments never whole the lens guides the libido the libido drives the lens in a dark room desire develops cinematic signifier collapses difference frame as fetish ninety shot slasher shower death feminists rage in vain scopophilia fills seats nine to five voyeur and paid quite well
