Thank you isn't enough!
The pain was so intense My whole head throbbed unbareably I couldn't stop the flowing tears Amazing that one tiny tooth caused it I first went to my uncaring husband But his abuse and lack of care had caused it all anyways His words of "oh well" were no surprise to me So I got on the phone looking for help With no money or credit I recieved only no's Even family could not help A friend made a phone call I was desperate In so much pain Dr. Lee would see me He'd work out the money thing It was the miracle I needed His kindness went further than I ever dreamed He sent me to Dr. Gossett Who took my pain and asked for nothing Before these two men I believed all men of today lacked kindness and compassion These men proved me wrong In a time when I'm trying to get on my feet Find my self-worth Get a job so I can keep my children and leave a really bad man In a time where I completely lack hope These two showed me a speck from the ray of hope Goodness still lives in some
Firstly, the rhythm applied to a prose-like text makes this one very interesting and the technique would merit to be cultivated. Secondly, it throws a spotlight on an abyss of everyday-life for which there is never much understanding in society and which to share will therefore be very difficult for most.

I could feel your pain while reading through this poem. Luckily, two nice doctors had come to your rescue and you were saved. Happy ending always make me feel good.
Yes . . . the world is filled with scummy people, and most don't care. I have found that these types sometimes don't care about themselves either, and their disdain of others in just an extension of the rancor that dwells within them.
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks!
I commend these two men for the justice and benevolence they extended to you in your time of need.
When two men hit the reset button and decide to go out looking for the good in the world, they not only find it but also a lot more.
