I saw You appear at my window

I awakened.....You were gone;

Oh the awe of having You so near....

In pursuit of You.....stayed awake all

Night in prayer and worship......refusing

To sleep in pursuit of You.....but You elude me !

Taking a moment to sleep.....awakened to discover

You by  bedside.....only to hear You say.....

"I shall return to visit with you. "

This only intensifys my pursuit of You.

Awakened recently and You were standing over me;

What an awesome sight.....it seemed Your loving arms

Held me  while I slept.........all night.

Now before twilight......following Your lead

To the secret place of Your presence;

Where you stayed way past the dawn....filling

Me with delight.......imparting me with Your strength

Anointing me afresh.......then You were gone !

In pursuit of You each day is not enough until

I am translated in Your presence.......

In pursuit of You.....My Abb Father !
