Suddenly He will break

The cords asunder.

Suddenly He shall break

The cruel oppressors rod,

And claim you as His own;

For it will be known

The Almighty God reigns

So stop being so vain

And receive the latter rain.

Suddenly the enemy's bow

Shall be broken and suddenly

You will experience joy

Beyond measure in all areas of your life.

Suddenly you will see the finish line;

Focus and you will see with

Your very eyes the enemy scatter.
