I Need You
I need you like water on hot summer’s day,
I need you to quench my soul’s thirst,
I need to fill the gaps in my imagination,
To complete lovers’ puzzle in my head,
To fulfil my crazy dreams, to heal my heart:
Broken and squeezed from other dimensions,
To feel electrical sensation of your touch,
The power of your hidden compassion,
Melody of your soul in my heart’s chambers,
Your whimsical, witty and elevating words,
That light up the castle of my ancient poetry,
Inspires all the ghosts hiding in the closets,
The fire in you that pierced my whole essence,
Burned my flesh and bones to smouldering ashes,
Your tight embrace, rising smoke from emotions.
I need you like an ocean wave crushing
Against my shores, kissing my lips with passion,
I need you like a cool breeze in the morning dawn,
Playing with my hair and trying to touch my skin
Through the openings of my silky nightgown…
I need you like dancing, golden falling leaf
That shivers from lust and adrenalin flushes,
Like September rain to fall on my thirsty lips
And satiate my cravings for joy and happiness.
