What have you done to me?
I feel compelled to confront the Ghosts of the past;

and at the same time I feel that I am losing the small connection that I have with you.

I have not loved this way in thirty years;
         I do not want someone as much as I love you!

I know that you do not want me as I want you.
what am I to do?

I don't think that I can defeat the ghosts,
and I don't dare ask for your help.

What have you done to me.
My spirit is awake, only for a while;

You will be gone I know, because I am lost;
You will find someone who can fill your needs;
like I cannot.
