Reassing the past,
I took an honest look at us.
The memories are difficult.
The combination of pleasure and pain.
Our experience was exciting but unstable.
More losses than gains.
The tensions between our personal,
domestic and emotional goals,
created the urge to rebel and not conform.
Today is the perfect day for our parting.
No disputes left to settle,
prompt me to escape.
Breaking away,
finally free from being weighed down.
No longer clinging to the old way,
I've adjusted to reality,
inspired by optimism,
I'm ready to rush headlong,
into the unknown.
Feeling of well-being,
mentally alert, passions aroused,
and an impulse to experience something different,
paves the way for positive changes.
