I wrote this many years ago not long after giving my life to the lord. I guess there are a few too many cracks in my armours seams at the moment, will get out the sticky tape!
Lord I want to read your word as much as I possibly can
for I want to learn your ways
and not the ways of man and through reading your word
and spending time with you in prayer
I shall put on the armour of God
all of it I shall wear
This will protect me from evil
from all of satans schemes
for satan mustn't get in
through cracks in our armours seams
I hope by living your way
I can be a good witness for you
and your message of good news
will always shine through
