Oh! Take up the pen
Young man
Young woman
For before it empires tremble
Leaders fall
Wills are changed
Take up the word
Of what you feel is
True
Take up the banner
For around you the
Walls crumble
Their integrity compromised
Words march forth
Each a soldier in the army of
Language
Each with his sword
His armor
His shield
The meaning cuts
Yet the lines of the letters
Protect
The army is the mind
And only through the mind
Can a battle be won
Oh! Take up the word!
