HE COULD HAVE JUST PARTED WAYS WITH HER, BUT, OF COURSE, HE WENT 'WAY OVER-BOARD' IN SOLVING HIS PROBLEM. HOWEVER, COMING FROM ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW; JUST GOES TO SHOW...THAT THERE'S ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. I am an abuse survivor. I do not promote violence. I waitressed for a long time. One of the restaurants I worked at (and not for long!) had the bar in the dining area. Some guys would be saying the most outlandish things and I could not help buy hear it. I was young and writing lyrics. I was hanging out with a couple of musicians one day and I told them a story about one gent who said, "Sorry, I had to kill'er!" after crying in his beer about some woman who had told him he stunk. The guys cracked up and started pickin', I started thinking of words, and I wrote those words down.
In June, 2000, two college students — Amy Shute and Jason Burgeson — were approached by a group of men. Forced into the backseat and driven to a remote location, they were murdered in cold blood.
