it’s pushing against me

surrounding every part

my lungs are struggling

to breathe

underneath all the pressure

I love to be under the water

my veins are ready to give up the blood

that has dropped out by own my hands.

We all can relate to stress. But the last two lines, referring to slashing one's wrists, or drowning underwater, are indeed, distressing.
