On a strange and deep evening
I saw a wounded bird
Snoozing
On the wall’s rim
Its eyes bulging out
Tongue lolling
I had witnessed a similar scene
Earlier
I have a wretched memory
I don’t recall much
Unless
A new scene is a reminder
Of an old one
Then I remember it as
A familiar scene
The condition of the bird
Brought the image of a girl
I attempted to sketch on paper
But bird flew off
The girl became naked
So very interesting Dear Aftab!!
This piece is highly visual... drawing the reader in... and your analogy of the bird to the girl is very clever!
Well done and Thank you for sharing!

South Baltimore serves as the backdrop for this gripping story of three brothers leading very different lives but joined forever by the secrets of a painful family past.
A homonymless man writes shows what it's like to look up the laid he skirts when you’re lying prone(d) to the sidewalk, beer / joint / needle dangling from your hand /lips / arm.
