My special request to God in light of the latest natural disasters and man- made disasters that have plagued planet earth.

Dear God,
Please hear my prayer and forget the mud
My father, my mother and I
have sinned against you and your ally.

I remember how you protected me
as a restless and a dummy
You spared my life in the valleys
In spite of my old ways.

I can't think you enough,
Even now it seems very rough.
You provided me with a strong family.
As a child, my parents gave me plenty.

For all you have done for me,
For you, I want to live and be.
I remember the hope and dream
The plays, the jokes and ice cream.

After all, I was a good boy
Although I sometimes challenged Roy
When I attended Canado-Haitien
We both finished high school tres bien.

Although I appeared the happiest
In all the school pictures and the rest,
My heart is constantly mourning,
From dawn to evening.

Don't let me die in sadness,
For my name is Manes
Which means, "He is a man"
Again, I would like to feel like a human

How can I call myself a human?
When 700 hundred miles South of Florida
My people are treated less than a Panda.
Again, I would like to feel like a human

You created humankind with your image
Save us from greed, hatred and rage.
The world is going mad,
So, your children need a dad.

There are wars and rumors of wars,
Man-made wars created out of greed.
There are hurricanes and hurricanes,
Please stop wipping us with canes.

Help us to change our hearts
And take different tracks.
For too long, we have been horrified
Help us overcome violence. Be glorified!

God, thank you for hearing my prayer.
Help me, of good deeds, to be a doer.
Help our leaders to be your follower
And lead our people to be your worshipper.
