Yesterday filed away Like colony of ants in summer Today stands nervously rocking, flaming. tomorrow becomes a pregnancy masked in fear; ladden with scary hope. Yesterday; a load upon today's rat-race; a burden left in mad rush Yesterday, a tripod of tomorrow's clouded dreams; while today stands on bare thorns of roses. ~Emeka Chike Nwogu �

Emeka, I wrote something similar and I really like how you did this! Hope lives as long as we do and as our yesterdays's become our today's perhaps we can learn to live them better...Great poem!
